As Champion’s Commercial Marketing Lead, you are responsible for delivering compelling collateral and external communications to enhance sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop collateral to support sales, generate content for digital media, manage Champion’s tradeshow presence, and oversee PR efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of voice of customer to inform product positioning, messaging, and content generation
  • Generate key collateral that speaks to customer targets and supports sales team
  • Organize trade show exhibits, conferences and events that showcase our leadership and capabilities
  • Manage external communications and PR to maximize positive company image
  • Own the ongoing content calendar for Champion, ensuing a steady cadence of content to meet blog, thought leadership and sales content needs
  • Propose plan and budget, manage marketing agencies and other external contractors
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    Acts as a brand champion and ensures brand consistency in all deliverables

Preferred Experience

  • BS/MS degree in marketing, marketing communications, or a related field
  • Significant experience with executing marcomms initiatives in a B2B setting
  • Experience at a startup and / or launching new products beneficial
  • Top notch copywriting, editing and storytelling skills
  • Proven track record developing marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, leads, opportunities and revenues
  • Both corporate and agency leadership experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate collaboratively
  • Passion for leading change in the healthcare industry

As Champion’s Director of Client Success, you’ll be responsible for building out and managing our Client Success Managers (CSMs) focused on maximizing the value clients receive from our solutions and cultivating a successful long-term partnership. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in managing client health and building a client-centric team that drives results, which includes technical success, broad usage, and ongoing strategic and relationship alignment. We seek an individual that understands healthcare IT, managing and building executive relationships, and building processes and accountability to ensure consistent results and client experience.

Responsibilities

As a team leader, your job is to maximize the client impact of your CSMs across all of their assigned accounts with the following key responsibilities:

  • Own account planning and territory/coverage management for your team, and represent your team in the renewals and upgrades forecasting process
  • Ensure CSMs develop territory plans and execute a defined cadence of client management activities including Strategic Business Reviews, periodic site visits and check-in calls
  • Drive a positive, service-oriented culture of performance and accountability in keeping with Champion’s values
  • Develop foundation and process to establish a scalable Client Success Team for long term success and consistent client experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Services) to ensure client success and increasing account penetration
  • Developing a detailed knowledge of Champion’s products and services and establish oneself as a SME and trusted advisor with clients for consultative sales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with building and managing teams
  • Proven experience leading a client-facing team at a Healthcare IT business serving hospitals/health systems.
  • Excellent business communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and maintenance of client health
  • Experience managing hospital/provider relationships
  • Background or experience in supply chain and inventory management or an understanding of the healthcare industry and key challenges facing providers
  • Travel domestically approximately 40% for client and internal meetings
