As a Champion Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for growing Champion’s sales funnel. You will own a defined territory and be responsible for sourcing and nurturing leads and ultimately qualifying them. An ideal candidate will be high energy and versatile, capable of driving leads through a mix of innovative and proven phone, trade show, email and webinar outreach tactics.

This role will involve holding introductory and exploratory meetings, logging all contacts, new leads, and opportunities into Salesforce, and leveraging a digital toolkit to nurture and qualify leads. The Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist will also assist with a variety of other sales and marketing campaign-oriented tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct background research with requisite preparation to support productive conversations with potential clients
  • Manage and deliver company introductions and high-level product overviews
  • Manage regional trade shows and other events, including representation and follow-up with leads
  • Support strategy for and execute online campaigns including via email, social media, and web interaction
  • Organize, plan, and manage webinars
  • Support content creation, including research, writing, and editing
  • Nurture leads and hold exploratory meetings with prospects to deliver qualified leads to the sales team

Preferred Experience

  • We are open to candidates with proven achievement, desire, and willingness to learn
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas
  • Tech savvy and great at figuring out new things (entrepreneurial mindset)
  • Interest in healthcare / supply chain industry / software sales / marketing

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to listen / probe / uncover / influence potential clients
  • Comfortable with modern marketing tools including CRM, marketing automation, social media, and webinars
  • Able to set up and conduct productive meetings through adequate background research and preparations
  • Attention to detail and effective follow-up through diligent logging / tracking / updating in Salesforce

As Champion’s Director of Client Success, you’ll be responsible for building out and managing our Client Success Managers (CSMs) focused on maximizing the value clients receive from our solutions and cultivating a successful long-term partnership. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in managing client health and building a client-centric team that drives results, which includes technical success, broad usage, and ongoing strategic and relationship alignment. We seek an individual that understands healthcare IT, managing and building executive relationships, and building processes and accountability to ensure consistent results and client experience.

Responsibilities

As a team leader, your job is to maximize the client impact of your CSMs across all of their assigned accounts with the following key responsibilities:

  • Own account planning and territory/coverage management for your team, and represent your team in the renewals and upgrades forecasting process
  • Ensure CSMs develop territory plans and execute a defined cadence of client management activities including Strategic Business Reviews, periodic site visits and check-in calls
  • Drive a positive, service-oriented culture of performance and accountability in keeping with Champion’s values
  • Develop foundation and process to establish a scalable Client Success Team for long term success and consistent client experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Services) to ensure client success and increasing account penetration
  • Developing a detailed knowledge of Champion’s products and services and establish oneself as a SME and trusted advisor with clients for consultative sales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with building and managing teams
  • Proven experience leading a client-facing team at a Healthcare IT business serving hospitals/health systems.
  • Excellent business communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and maintenance of client health
  • Experience managing hospital/provider relationships
  • Background or experience in supply chain and inventory management or an understanding of the healthcare industry and key challenges facing providers
  • Travel domestically approximately 40% for client and internal meetings
